Peter Y Davos

Peter Davos is the Founder of CEO of Hale Education Group, which he founded in 2012,Under his leadership, Hale has become the leading independent educational consultancy in the GCC, specializing in US, UK, European, and Canadian university admissions. The firm’s innovative, holistic counseling model has been directly responsible for students gaining acceptance to over 200 leading universities and securing more than $100 million USD in scholarships over the last decade, solidifying his role as a key figure in shaping the educational futures of students across the Middle East.

Peter graduated Phi Beta Kappa, with a double major, from Johns Hopkins University and spent his junior year abroad completing the General Course in International Relations at the London School of Economics. Peter holds Master’s Degrees from Oxford University and Harvard University , where he graduated as Class Marshal (first in his class). He has also completed UCLA’s Certificate in College Counseling with Distinction and IECA’s Summer Training Institute. In 2020, Peter was awarded the Sheikh Zayed the Inspirer Prize for his work with advancing higher education in the UAE and he currently serves as the Chief Judge and School Inspector for the Dubai Sports Council’s Sheikh Hamdan bin Mohammed Order of Merit for Schools. Peter is also a former member of the Johns Hopkins and Harvard GSD Alumni Councils.

Peter served as a Senior Marshal at the 2019, 2022, 2023, and 2025 Harvard Commencement Ceremonies. He has lived in Dubai since 2010 and has been featured over one hundred times in national and international news outlets.
